How to perform One-Arm Dead Hang

  1. Stand beneath a pull-up bar.
  2. Reach up and grasp the bar with one hand.
  3. Engage your shoulder and core.
  4. Lift your feet off the ground, hanging freely.
  5. Keep your body stable and avoid swinging.
  6. Hang for the target time.
  7. Lower your feet and switch arms if desired.
