A push-up variation that adds a shoulder tap at the top of each rep to challenge core stability and coordination.

How to perform Push-Up with Shoulder Tap

  1. Start in a push-up position, body straight.
  2. Lower chest toward the floor, then push back up.
  3. At the top, lift one hand to tap the opposite shoulder.
  4. Return hand to floor.
  5. Repeat push-up, then tap the other shoulder.
  6. Alternate shoulder taps each rep.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
