Push-Up with Shoulder Tap exercise
A push-up variation that adds a shoulder tap at the top of each rep to challenge core stability and coordination.

How to perform Push-Up with Shoulder Tap
- Start in a push-up position, body straight.
- Lower chest toward the floor, then push back up.
- At the top, lift one hand to tap the opposite shoulder.
- Return hand to floor.
- Repeat push-up, then tap the other shoulder.
- Alternate shoulder taps each rep.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
