How to perform Shoulder Tap Push-Up

  1. Begin in a standard push-up position.
  2. Lower your chest to the ground.
  3. Push back up to full plank.
  4. At the top, tap your right shoulder with your left hand.
  5. Place your hand back on the floor.
  6. Tap your left shoulder with your right hand.
  7. Continue alternating shoulder taps after each push-up.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
