A push-up where you tap your opposite shoulder with one hand after each rep, enhancing core stability and coordination.

How to perform Shoulder Tap Push-Up
- Begin in a standard push-up position.
- Lower your chest to the ground.
- Push back up to full plank.
- At the top, tap your right shoulder with your left hand.
- Place your hand back on the floor.
- Tap your left shoulder with your right hand.
- Continue alternating shoulder taps after each push-up.
