Shuttle Sprints exercise
A high-intensity cardio exercise involving repeated short-distance sprints with quick directional changes. It improves speed, endurance, and agility — perfect for athletes or HIIT-style workouts.

How to perform Shuttle Sprints
- Set up two markers (cones, water bottles, or lines) about 10 to 25 meters apart.
- Warm up with 5–10 minutes of light jogging and dynamic stretches.
- Sprint from one marker to the other as fast as possible.
- Touch the ground or marker, then quickly change direction and sprint back.
- Repeat for a set number of reps (e.g., 10 shuttles) or a time duration (e.g., 30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest).
- Cool down by walking for 2–3 minutes and stretching major leg muscles.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
