How to perform 90-Degree Push-Up

  1. Begin in a handstand or piked position.
  2. Lower your torso until elbows reach about 90 degrees.
  3. Pause briefly at the bottom.
  4. Push back to the starting position.
  5. Keep your core engaged throughout.
  6. Repeat for desired reps.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
