A challenging push-up variation in which you maintain a 90-degree arm angle, targeting shoulders and triceps.

How to perform 90-Degree Push-Up
- Begin in a handstand or piked position.
- Lower your torso until elbows reach about 90 degrees.
- Pause briefly at the bottom.
- Push back to the starting position.
- Keep your core engaged throughout.
- Repeat for desired reps.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
