How to perform Pike Push-Up

  1. Start in a downward dog position with your hands and feet on the ground and your hips raised high.
  2. Keep your arms and back straight, and shift your weight slightly forward.
  3. Lower your head toward the floor by bending your elbows, aiming to touch the top of your head to the ground.
  4. Push through your hands to return to the starting pike position.
  5. Maintain control throughout the movement and avoid flaring your elbows out too wide.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
