How to perform Bench Dip

  1. Sit on the edge of a bench with hands next to your hips.
  2. Extend your legs forward and place heels on the ground.
  3. Slide your hips off the bench, supporting your body with your hands.
  4. Lower your body by bending elbows to about 90 degrees.
  5. Push back up to the starting position.
  6. Keep your back close to the bench.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
