How to perform Korean Dips (bodyweight chest-focused variation)

  1. Grip parallel bars with arms straight.
  2. Lean forward to engage your chest.
  3. Lower your body slowly, elbows bending outward.
  4. Descend until shoulders are below elbows.
  5. Push back up, maintaining the forward lean.
  6. Repeat for desired reps.
