Bodyweight Training
Dips (Parallel Bars) exercise
A classic compound bodyweight exercise that targets the triceps, chest, and shoulders. Dips are a staple in calisthenics and strength training programs for building upper-body pushing power.

How to perform Dips (Parallel Bars)
- Grasp the parallel bars and lift your body so your arms are fully extended.
- Lean slightly forward and keep your elbows close to your body.
- Lower your body by bending your elbows until your upper arms are about parallel to the floor.
- Pause briefly at the bottom, then push through your palms to return to the starting position.
- Keep your core tight and avoid swinging or flaring the elbows out wide.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
