How to perform Tempo Push-Up
- Start in a plank position with arms straight.
- Slowly lower chest to the floor, counting to three.
- Pause briefly at the bottom.
- Press back up at the same controlled speed.
- Repeat for desired repetitions.
- Maintain steady tempo throughout the set.
