How to perform Chin-Up Hold at 90 Degrees

  1. Grip a pull-up bar with palms facing you.
  2. Pull yourself up until your elbows reach a 90-degree bend.
  3. Pause and hold your body at this position.
  4. Engage your back, arms, and core.
  5. Maintain the hold for your target duration.
  6. Lower yourself down slowly when done.
