How to perform Commando Push-Up

  1. Begin in a low plank with forearms on the ground.
  2. Press up onto your right hand, then your left, reaching high plank.
  3. Lower back down onto your right forearm, then left.
  4. Repeat the upward and downward movement.
  5. Alternate the leading arm each set.
  6. Maintain a stable core and level hips throughout.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
