A push-up variation where you reach one arm across your body toward the opposite side while lowering down, working core and upper body stability.

How to perform Cross-Body Push-Up

  1. Start in a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lower your chest toward the floor.
  3. As you lower, reach one arm across your chest toward the opposite side.
  4. Push back up, returning your arm to the starting position.
  5. Repeat, alternating sides each rep.
  6. Keep your core engaged throughout the movement.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
