How to perform Decline Push-Up

  1. Place your feet on an elevated surface with hands on the floor.
  2. Keep your body in a straight line.
  3. Lower your chest toward the ground, elbows bending.
  4. Stop when your chest is close to the floor.
  5. Push back up to the starting plank position.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
