How to perform Weighted Decline Push-Up

  1. Place feet on elevated surface and hands on floor.
  2. Add weight securely to your upper back.
  3. Keep body straight, engage core.
  4. Lower chest to floor.
  5. Push back up powerfully.
  6. Repeat for reps, then carefully remove weight.
