How to perform Deep Push-Up
- Place hands on low blocks or similar platforms.
- Assume a straight-body push-up position.
- Lower chest below hand level for maximum stretch.
- Keep elbows at about 45 degrees from the body.
- Pause at the bottom of the movement.
- Push back up until arms are straight.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
