How to perform Deficit Push-Up

  1. Place hands on two sturdy, equal-height platforms.
  2. Assume plank position with core engaged.
  3. Lower chest below hand level by bending elbows.
  4. Pause briefly at the bottom.
  5. Push up to full arm extension.
  6. Keep body straight throughout.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
