Diamond Push-Up exercise
The diamond push-up is a challenging bodyweight exercise that targets the triceps more intensely than a standard push-up. By placing your hands close together under your chest in a diamond shape, you increase the load on your triceps while still working the chest, shoulders, and core. It's a great upper body movement to build strength and definition using only your body weight.

How to perform Diamond Push-Up
- Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your chest.
- Bring your hands together so that your thumbs and index fingers form a diamond shape on the floor.
- Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, engaging your core.
- Lower your chest toward your hands by bending your elbows, keeping your elbows close to your sides.
- Go down until your chest nearly touches the diamond formed by your hands.
- Push through your palms to straighten your arms and return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, maintaining control and proper form.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
