How to perform Straight Bar Dip

  1. Grip a straight bar with both hands at shoulder-width.
  2. Jump or step up to support your body above the bar.
  3. Lean your chest slightly forward.
  4. Lower your body by bending your elbows behind you.
  5. Descend until your upper arms are parallel to the ground.
  6. Push back up to the top position.
  7. Repeat for desired reps.
