An advanced dip variation performed on a straight bar, engaging the chest, triceps, and shoulders.

How to perform Straight Bar Dip
- Grip a straight bar with both hands at shoulder-width.
- Jump or step up to support your body above the bar.
- Lean your chest slightly forward.
- Lower your body by bending your elbows behind you.
- Descend until your upper arms are parallel to the ground.
- Push back up to the top position.
- Repeat for desired reps.
