How to perform Parallel Bar Dip

  1. Stand between parallel bars and grip the bars firmly.
  2. Lift yourself up until your arms are fully extended.
  3. Lean slightly forward and bend your elbows to lower your body.
  4. Descend until your shoulders are below your elbows.
  5. Press through your palms to rise back to the starting position.
  6. Maintain control and proper form throughout.
  7. Repeat for desired reps.
