How to perform Parallel Bar Dip
- Stand between parallel bars and grip the bars firmly.
- Lift yourself up until your arms are fully extended.
- Lean slightly forward and bend your elbows to lower your body.
- Descend until your shoulders are below your elbows.
- Press through your palms to rise back to the starting position.
- Maintain control and proper form throughout.
- Repeat for desired reps.
