Parallel Bar Dips exercise
A classic bodyweight dip performed on parallel bars, primarily working the chest, triceps, and shoulders.

How to perform Parallel Bar Dips
- Grip the parallel bars and support your weight with arms locked.
- Lower your body by bending your elbows.
- Descend until your shoulders are below your elbows.
- Keep elbows close to your body.
- Push yourself back up to full arm extension.
- Maintain an upright torso and tight core.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
