Dumbbell Lateral Raise exercise
The dumbbell lateral raise targets the shoulders, specifically the side (lateral) delts, helping to build wider and more defined shoulders.

How to perform Dumbbell Lateral Raise
- Stand tall holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides with palms facing in.
- Maintain a slight bend in your elbows throughout the movement.
- Raise your arms out to the sides until they reach shoulder height.
- Pause briefly at the top to maximize shoulder engagement.
- Lower the dumbbells slowly back down to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions with controlled form.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
