How to perform Front Raise

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart holding dumbbells at your sides.
  2. Keep arms straight with a slight bend in the elbows and core tight.
  3. Raise both arms forward until they are parallel to the ground.
  4. Pause briefly at the top with control.
  5. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of reps, avoiding momentum.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
