How to perform Feet-Elevated Wide Push-Up

  1. Place your feet on a stable elevated surface.
  2. Position your hands wider than shoulder-width apart.
  3. Lower your chest to the floor, elbows flaring out.
  4. Push back up to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for desired reps.
