How to perform Weighted Wide-Grip Push-Up

  1. Place hands wide apart on floor.
  2. Secure a weight plate or wear a weighted vest.
  3. Keep body straight, core tight.
  4. Lower chest toward floor.
  5. Press up to starting position.
  6. Repeat for reps.
  7. Remove weight safely.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
