How to perform Weighted Dip (Chest Focus)

  1. Attach a weight to dip belt or hold a dumbbell with feet.
  2. Grip parallel bars with palms facing in.
  3. Lean body forward slightly throughout motion.
  4. Lower until elbows are at 90 degrees or below.
  5. Push up, focusing on chest contraction.
  6. Repeat for reps, then remove weight safely.
