Triceps Dip (Bodyweight) exercise
A bodyweight movement that primarily targets the triceps, with secondary activation in the chest and shoulders. It’s great for building upper-body strength using parallel bars or a bench.

How to perform Triceps Dip (Bodyweight)
- Sit on the edge of a bench or sturdy surface with your hands next to your hips, fingers pointing forward.
- Walk your feet forward and slide your hips off the edge so your arms support your weight.
- Lower your body by bending your elbows to about a 90-degree angle.
- Keep your back close to the bench and elbows pointing straight back.
- Push through your palms to straighten your arms and return to the starting position.
- Repeat while keeping control and avoiding shoulder strain.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
