How to perform Lying Leg Raise

  1. Lie on your back with your legs extended and hands under your glutes.
  2. Keep your legs straight and raise them until they’re perpendicular to the floor.
  3. Slowly lower them back down without letting your heels touch the ground.
  4. Keep your core engaged and avoid arching your lower back.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
