How to perform Reverse Plank

  1. Sit with legs extended and hands behind hips, palms down.
  2. Press through hands and heels to lift hips off the ground.
  3. Align body from head to heels.
  4. Hold the position, keeping core and glutes tight.
  5. Breathe evenly throughout hold.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
