A static hold facing upward to strengthen posterior chain and core.

How to perform Reverse Plank
- Sit with legs extended and hands behind hips, palms down.
- Press through hands and heels to lift hips off the ground.
- Align body from head to heels.
- Hold the position, keeping core and glutes tight.
- Breathe evenly throughout hold.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
