How to perform Reverse Plank Shoulder Lift
- Begin in a reverse plank position, facing up.
- Engage core and lift one arm toward the ceiling.
- Lower arm back down and switch sides.
- Keep hips elevated and body straight.
- Alternate for desired reps.
