Seated Leg Curl (Machine) exercise
The seated leg curl machine isolates and strengthens the hamstrings, improving lower-body strength and athletic performance.

How to perform Seated Leg Curl (Machine)
- Sit on the leg curl machine and adjust the pad above your ankles.
- Grasp the handles on the sides of the machine for stability.
- Pull your heels toward your glutes by bending your knees.
- Squeeze your hamstrings at the bottom of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions with controlled form.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
