How to perform Single-Leg Close-Grip Push-Up

  1. Start in a push-up position with hands under your chest.
  2. Place your feet together and lift one leg off the floor.
  3. Lower your chest while keeping elbows close to your body.
  4. Push back up, maintaining balance.
  5. Keep your core engaged throughout.
  6. Switch legs halfway through your set if needed.
