How to perform Suspension Push-Up

  1. Adjust suspension straps to just above the ground.
  2. Grasp handles and assume a high plank with feet on the floor.
  3. Keep body in a straight line, core engaged.
  4. Lower chest between hands, keeping elbows at 45 degrees.
  5. Move down until upper arms are parallel to the floor.
  6. Press back up, maintaining strap stability.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
