A push-up performed with hands suspended in straps, challenging stabilization and activating chest, shoulders, and core muscles.

How to perform Suspension Push-Up
- Adjust suspension straps to just above the ground.
- Grasp handles and assume a high plank with feet on the floor.
- Keep body in a straight line, core engaged.
- Lower chest between hands, keeping elbows at 45 degrees.
- Move down until upper arms are parallel to the floor.
- Press back up, maintaining strap stability.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
