A push-up with a side rotation into a T-shape, promoting chest, shoulder, and oblique strength.

How to perform T Push-Up

  1. Start in a regular push-up position.
  2. Lower your body to the ground.
  3. Push back up to the top position.
  4. Rotate your torso to one side, extending your arm upward to form a T-shape.
  5. Return hand to the floor and body to plank.
  6. Repeat push-up, then rotate to the other side.
  7. Continue alternating sides each rep.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
