T Push-Up exercise
A push-up with a side rotation into a T-shape, promoting chest, shoulder, and oblique strength.

How to perform T Push-Up
- Start in a regular push-up position.
- Lower your body to the ground.
- Push back up to the top position.
- Rotate your torso to one side, extending your arm upward to form a T-shape.
- Return hand to the floor and body to plank.
- Repeat push-up, then rotate to the other side.
- Continue alternating sides each rep.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
