How to perform Triceps Push-Up

  1. Assume a standard push-up position.
  2. Place your hands directly under your shoulders.
  3. Keep your elbows close to your sides.
  4. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor.
  5. Press back up, keeping elbows tucked in.
  6. Repeat for desired reps.
