How to perform Weighted Push-Up

  1. Place a weight plate securely on your upper back.
  2. Get into standard push-up position.
  3. Lower your chest to the floor with control.
  4. Push through palms to raise back up.
  5. Keep body straight throughout.
  6. Repeat for reps.
  7. Remove weight safely.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
