A push-up performed with additional weight on your back to increase resistance for chest, triceps, and shoulders.

How to perform Weighted Push-Up
- Place a weight plate securely on your upper back.
- Get into standard push-up position.
- Lower your chest to the floor with control.
- Push through palms to raise back up.
- Keep body straight throughout.
- Repeat for reps.
- Remove weight safely.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
