How to perform Wide-Grip Push-Up

  1. Begin in a plank with hands wider than shoulder-width apart.
  2. Maintain a straight body line from head to heels.
  3. Lower your chest toward the ground by bending your elbows.
  4. Stop when your chest is close to the floor.
  5. Push back up to the starting position.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
