Wide Archer Push-Up exercise
A challenging push-up with a wide hand position, shifting weight from side to side like an archer drawing a bow.

How to perform Wide Archer Push-Up
- Position hands wide apart on the floor.
- Start in a plank, core engaged.
- Lower body toward one hand, straightening the opposite arm.
- Push up to return to center.
- Repeat on the opposite side.
- Alternate sides with each repetition.
Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
