How to perform Wide Archer Push-Up

  1. Position hands wide apart on the floor.
  2. Start in a plank, core engaged.
  3. Lower body toward one hand, straightening the opposite arm.
  4. Push up to return to center.
  5. Repeat on the opposite side.
  6. Alternate sides with each repetition.

Use controlled movement and an appropriate variation for your current ability. Stop if an exercise causes sharp pain, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
